MuteBox is a leading provider of modular office solutions, specialising in phone booths and meeting rooms.
I joined MuteBox as one of the first full-time hires and worked across product, marketing, and commercial operations. As the company grew, I became responsible for digital lead generation, CRM (HubSpot), and marketing strategy, building the systems that connected marketing, sales, and customer experience across markets.
I helped MuteBox by managing the full customer journey, from lead generation and nurturing to sales follow-ups and post-sale engagement. I developed and maintained the company’s HubSpot setup, including pipelines, workflows, and automations, and integrated no-code tools like Zapier and Make to eliminate manual work.
I also oversaw website management across multiple markets, ensuring consistent performance, localisation, and conversion tracking. Working closely with external designers and developers, I helped align creative execution with commercial goals to support continuous growth.
